User Interface
JTGOLD.COM will provide and maintain a cryptographically secured self-service online user interface. User can submit orders through the JTGOLD.COM website 24 hours a day, 7 business days . After User has committed the orders to buy or to sell, JTGOLD.COM will provide user with an order number. JTGOLD.COM will maintain and make available to user upon request regarding the status of each order.

Usage Eligibility
User does not need to register to use service on JTGOLD.COM however user must be at least 18 years old.

Fees
All fees are disclosed on the JTGOLD.COM website and automatically are calculated and disclosed before User confirms an order. JTGOLD.COM is entitled to change its fees prospectively at any time and at its sole discretion.

Identifying Information.
User must provide JTGOLD.COM with valid and accurate identifying information as determined from time to time by JTGOLD.COM.

User must provide additional supporting document upon requested by JTGOLD.COM for check and verification. JTGOLD.COM will hold the payment if user failed to provide the requested supporting document.

JTGOLD.COM Order Provisions
User is solely responsible to provide valid and accurate information needed to complete JTGOLD.COM orders.

User is solely responsible to follow exact payment instruction given by JTGOLD.COM needed to complete JTGOLD.COM orders.

User can delete or modify JTGOLD.COM orders through the JTGOLD.COM website, before clicking "confirm" button.

JTGOLD.COM reserve the rights to reject any order without providing any reason. As such payment will be refunded within three (3) days time.

JTGOLD.COM Remittance Provisions
Upon receipt of remittance from customer, all orders will be processed within 24 hrs (Except Sunday and holiday day).

Remittance must be good funds of the exact amount specified in JTGOLD.COM order, net of all fees.

If User fails to Remit good funds of the exact amount specified in JTGOLD.COM order, net of all fees, JTGOLD.COM, at its sole discretion, may:

• Reduce the JTGOLD.COM order to the amount of funds received

• Enter a new JTGOLD.COM order for the net amount of funds received at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the entry of the new JTGOLD.COM order

• Cancel the JTGOLD.COM order as provided, net of all fees.

If User Remits more than the necessary amount of good funds necessary to fulfill JTGOLD.COM order, net of all fees, JTGOLD.COM, at its sole discretion, may:

• Adjust the JTGOLD.COM order to the exact amount of funds received

• Enter a new JTGOLD.COM order for the amount of the excess funds received at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the entry of the new JTGOLD.COM order

• Return the excess funds received in terms of e-gold to User, net of all fees.

• No action taken if the excess fund is less than RM10.

Remittances are final and not reversible except as provided in the term.

JTGOLD.COM Payment Provisions
JTGOLD.COM will make payment in fulfillment of an JTGOLD.COM order only after settlement of Remittance.

All Payments are final and not reversible except as provided in these terms.
